Shipping Policy
Waahhh Travel Shop offers FREE shipping* to all states in Peninsular Malaysia for all orders regardless of quantity purchased. For East Malaysia orders, our team will contact the customer directly for shipping charges and procedures.
Orders placed after 11.00am on every business day will be treated as next-business-day order; Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be process in next-business-day.
Your product is shipped by either of the below method:-
1. Merchant / Manufacturer Delivery
Our merchant or the product manufacturer will handle your product delivery.
2. Courier Delivery
Please allow minimum next-business-day delivery** upon your payment; normal delivery required 2 to 5 business days and some might required longer period depends on stock availability and logistic arrangement. We will provide delivery note numbers for those products delivery using courier services to customer upon the product is passed to our courier service providers as below:-

Return & Exchange Policy
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on. For items that is verified and agreed by Waahhh Travel Shop that the faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. Please contact our customer representative at travelshop@waahhh.com and we guide you within 12-business-day-hours.
Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back to supplier (local or oversea) might incur handling and other service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due to our error, there will be no charges of any sort.
Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will incur a re-stocking fees.
Important Note: All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 3 business days upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 3 business days. Please include your contact number, name, email, and order number together with your product when sending purchased item(s) to request for exchange.
Warranty Policy
All products in Waahhh Travel Shop are brand new, genuine and factory fresh. All the products’ warranty* are covered by our independent supplier. Product warranty information is attached together in the product shipping to you. Please review the warranty policy of the manufacturer on your own and if you have any enquiries on the warranty issue, feel free to contact our customer representative at travelshop@waahhh.com
